The Unit employs members specifically dedicated to patrol the mall grounds and parking facilities. They are available to assist all our visitors.

Asset Building
Making an effort to connect with youth and kids, Security Officers are taking opportunities to talk with young people. They are opening the doors of communication by recognizing when young people do well and act positively, by approaching them to commend them on their positive behaviour or actions, or even just to talk to them Security Officers present another side to their image and role. Although Security Officers are in a position of authority, they are also in a position to be great role models. By taking the opportunity to build assets Officers are becoming strong role models.

Testimonies
What customers are saying, “... I took Haley on a daddy and daughter hang out day to the mall down at Chinook... a couple of the officers came up while we were eating and started chatting to Haley and saying how they noticed she was behaving, etc, etc and then handed her some circus tickets… Not the tickets, but the way they spoke with Haley was what impressed me...very thoughtful and very kind.”
