Chinook Centre is only 15 minutes from downtown Calgary. If you are driving, we offer over 5500 FREE parking spots including Calgary’s largest heated parkade.
There are eight different parking areas at Chinook Centre, so if you can’t find a spot in your first choice, keep trying as some areas are much less busy than others. The Chinook Centre LRT station will be closed for upgrades from Monday January 14 until August 2013. In the meantime, transit customers can use the CTrain Shuttle from the 39th Avenue CTrain Station or access the relocated Bus Terminal on 3rd Street between 59th and 61st Avenue SW. Our system makes it easy to find a parking spot. A light over each stall tells you if it’s free:
Green light = park here
Red light = this spot is taken
Yellow light = reserved for expectant mothers and parents with small children
Blue light = accessible parking
