About the Role
Achieve sales objectives for wireless products through exceptional customer service Develop,maintain and communicate up-to-date product knowledge, accessories and other products stocked by Best Buy Mobile and competitors.
Keep up to date with all current promotions, while maintaining strict impartiality and integrity.
Answer questions regarding products, services, operation and maintenance and educate the customers on product usage.
Provide coaching, training and motivation to Mobile Specialist as needed to achieve sales goals and high standards of customer service.
Model, demonstrate, train and reinforce Solve-CARE, PSP/PRP, Services and Accessory selling processes.
