  Presentation o Utilize and manage the use of weekly sales reports to track, analyze and communicate business results and determine strategies to maximize sales o Execute weekly objectives o Participate in a merchant day monthly with Store Manager o Communicate performance observations and offer feedback to Store Manager o Maintain an awareness of home and apparel trends and relevance to our store environment
  
  
  
  People o Manage and motivate a high level of customer care o Manage and motivate the level of floor supervision (MOD and CCOD) o Manage and motivate the Operations Supervisor, receiving and selling teams o Participate in recruiting and hiring o Serve as a proactive mentor, teacher and problem solver o Utilize Management Development Program and all available training tools to provide consistent training to the Operations Supervisor, receiving and selling team o Conduct monthly one on ones with Operations Supervisor and Receiving Manager o Administer performance appraisals and goals to Operations Supervisor, Receiving Manager and selling team
  
  
  
  Process o Adhere to all typical day/week/stock/monday guidelines o Participate in the Monday walk through and determine weekly objectives o Manage daily restock o Manage the cycle count process on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy, integrity and procedural compliance o Manage the markdown and transfer process o Manage supply ordering o Communicate weekly facility issues o Manage the opening and closing checklist o Perform all opening and closing procedures o Manage all aspects of the store operational controls and perform monthly operational self audits o Train the Operations Supervisor, receiving and selling teams to have a high standard for operations and loss prevention o Meet or exceed the store shrinkage percentage goal o Review with Store Manager operational audits and District Manager/District Visual Manager checklists o Uphold all company policy and procedure View Full Job Posting
